I just discovered that the Library Success Wiki actually has a section on "Selling Your Library."

There is some useful advice for branding, promotion, marketing, etc. So this idea of "selling" the library would seem to be a reasonable concept for us to adopt.

Nothing specifically on how to increase your sales commmissions though. :)
